As the name implies, natural stones are organic products created by geological processes over millions of years. Consequently, any variations in texture, color, veining, and pattern must be accepted as inherent characteristics of the material. These differences and disparities are not flaws; rather, they are the distinctive elements that make natural stone flooring and wall cladding uniquely beautiful.

Purchase Acknowledgement

By purchasing natural stone products from Lithos - Designer Tiles by NSI, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Natural stones vary significantly in pattern, texture, and color from piece to piece.
• The actual stone delivered to your site may differ from the sample or pictures shown on our website or in our showroom.
• Natural stone ordered at a later date (e.g., for repairs or project extensions) may be more expensive, and there is no guarantee it will match the original stone lot due to geological changes in the quarry.

Sample Representation

All samples provided by Lithos are intended to give you a general idea of the veining patterns and color variations. Most of our samples are provided in standard sizes such as 4" x 4", 6" x 6", or 6" x 12". These small cuts may not encompass the full range of movement found in a larger slab or a complete tile installation.

Installation & Liability

Please inspect your material prior to installation. Lithos - Designer Tiles by NSI will not be responsible for any:

• Cracks, stains, breakage, or fissures that may occur after you have accepted the delivery.
• Issues arising after the tiles have been installed. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product's condition.

We highly recommend sealing natural stone products to prevent staining and ensure longevity.

Product Images & Digital Representation

All product images and pictures on our website are put in place to give you a general idea about the color and veining variations in the stone and/or product. However, misconceptions sometimes occur due to the following reasons:

• Batch Variations: Natural Stone usually varies from one shipment to the other.
• Lighting Conditions: Due to changes in lighting (natural vs. artificial), a product may appear different in pictures than it does in real life.
• Monitor Settings: Computer monitors and mobile screens sometimes interpret colors differently based on calibration.
