At Lithos - Designer Tiles by NSI, we strive to accurately estimate when your premium tiles will ship from our facility and when they will be delivered to your site. Estimated shipping time frames are based on factors such as destination address, order quantity, and stock availability.
Processing & Packaging
After receiving payment, orders are carefully packed in secure crates or pallets to ensure safety during transit. Normally, packing occurs a day or two after payment confirmation.
Standard Orders: Most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days from the order date.
Custom Orders: If you have requested a custom design or specific cut, the order will be shipped according to the timeline communicated to you by our sales team.
Note: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options
Shipping logistics depend on the destination city and the urgency of the requirement. Given the weight and fragile nature of designer tiles, we offer the following modes:
- Shipping Line: For bulk orders via sea or rail containers.
- Transport Company (By Road): The most common method for domestic delivery via heavy trucks.
- Courier Company: Available for samples or smaller, urgent consignments.
Shipping time begins when the carrier receives the material from our warehouse. The arrival time is determined by the specific shipping line or transport company and will be communicated to you upon dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary by destination, carrier, and total weight of the consignment. Once you submit your order online, we will calculate the precise shipping cost and provide it via email, WhatsApp, or include it directly in your Proforma Invoice (PI).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain:
- Your Order ID Number.
- Final Order Amount.
- Shipping Method & Carrier Details.
- Tracking Number or Lorry Receipt (LR) Number.
If you do not receive a tracking email or have lost your tracking number, please contact us via email or telephone, and our support team will assist you immediately.
Inspecting & Signing Off Your Delivery
Upon arrival, the driver will ask you to sign a waybill or GR (Goods Receipt). Please strictly follow this inspection process:
- Visual Check: Always inspect the exterior of the boxes, pallets, or crates for visible damage before signing.
- Record Damages: If you see damaged packaging, you must record it on the waybill/GR before signing.
- Pending Inspection: Third-party drivers often cannot wait for you to open every box of tiles. If you cannot inspect the contents immediately, write "Pending Inspection" on the receipt. This reserves your right to claim for concealed damages later.
All our shipments carry insurance against loss or damage, provided you include a statement on the waybill describing how you received the order.
